HONGFA / Quality & project evidence
Quality & project evidence
Quality requirements become useful when they can be traced to a part, a drawing and an acceptance record. Use the project checklist to define the evidence needed before comparing components.

Start with part and drawing identity
Record the part identifier, drawing number, revision and units. Identify critical mating features and measurement positions. A collection of numbers without their locations cannot support a reliable part-to-part comparison.
Connect the method to the requirement
For dimensional, hardness, metallurgical or non-destructive checks, identify the agreed method, inspected feature and acceptance criterion. Not every check is relevant to every component; define the scope for the actual part.
Keep reports linked to the project
A report should identify the item or material, the issuing party, date and scope. Equipment lists, certifications and delivery capabilities are only published when Hongfa’s supporting documents are available.
| Review point | Record for the project | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Geometry | Part drawing, revision, units and mating features | A component code does not define every interface. |
| Material & construction | Body grade, working surface or liner, treatment route | Body and working surface need separate descriptions. |
| Operating context | Polymer, formulation, filler and observed changes | A material comparison needs the application context. |
| Acceptance | Measurement positions, method and agreed criteria | The same basis is needed when comparing parts. |
