Applications
Processing applications
Choose the production context first. Pipe, profiles, foamed sheet and filled blends ask different questions of the same component family. Use these application routes to prepare a focused screw-and-barrel review.

PVC-U pipe and conduit
Begin with product dimensions, formulation, filler and the existing extrusion line. Include the screw-and-barrel drawing and the head interface. For CPVC pipe, record the actual compound and process context rather than assuming a PVC reference transfers unchanged.
Profiles, panels, foamed sheet and WPC
Explain the final shape and whether the project involves a profile die, a sheet line or a foamed product. Record formulation and the change being requested. Application photographs clarify the product; they do not establish machine compatibility.

Compounding and other polymers
For filled blends or a different engineering polymer, identify the feed material, additives and assembly. Describe wear, deposits or output variation as observations. A technical route needs the actual material and equipment context.
