Engineering service requests

An engineering review works best when the symptom, component history and requested outcome are visible together. Choose the review route that matches the job and prepare the evidence that moves it forward.

01

New component or assembly development

Bring the application, compound, machine and drawing into one record. Define what is fixed and what may change. Identify dimensional and inspection priorities before turning a process goal into a component specification.

02

Repair and refurbishment assessment

Record the part identity, measured condition, wear locations and any known repair history. Photos support the assessment; they do not establish repairability. The actual component and a defined inspection scope govern the decision.

Black specks, burning or unstable output

Log the timing, material changes, operating context and cleaning or inspection history. Describe the observation without assuming a cause. Any physical inspection or adjustment belongs to the machine owner’s approved maintenance procedure.

04

Extrusion-line support scope

Separate the component review from machine settings, installation and on-site work. Record who owns each interface and which evidence can be shared. Any service scope, location and responsibility must be agreed for the actual project.

05

Screw rust-removal services

Rust-removal projects for injection, extrusion and twin screws, with a defined scope for refurbishment preparation, planned shutdowns and batch maintenance.
